For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Patient10x include 30 N Gould St, Patient10x, Patient10x Reviews, Patient10x Forms, Patient10x Analytics, ReviewX, ReviewX iOS, and Android software applications, and patient10x.com.
